• Processing Time: Each piece is crafted with meticulous attention to detail. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to create your custom order before it is shipped.

• Shipping Rates: We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders within the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect delivery within 7-14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to keep you updated on your order’s journey.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority at Single Handed CNC Designs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help:

• Return Policy: We accept returns on non-customized items within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us at jebster72.jb@gmail.com to initiate a return.

• Customized Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom wood carvings and signs, we do not accept returns on these items. However, if there is an error in your order or a defect in the product, please reach out to us, and we will work with you to make it right.

• Exchange Policy: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will guide you through the process and ensure you receive the correct item as soon as possible.

• Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
